Spanning around 50 m², you’ll find a well-maintained non-smoking flat on the ground floor with a separate bedroom, living and dining area, kitchenette and a covered terrace opening onto the garden with a SOUTH-FACING view of the Chiemgau mountains. The holiday flat is situated in a well-maintained building with a total of twelve holiday flats. A parking space is available free of charge directly next to the building . The centre of Inzell, with its shops, bakeries, cafés and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, there is also the option to have breakfast, subject to prior booking. Chiemgau Card included During your stay, you will receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge. This allows you to enjoy numerous leisure activities in Inzell and the surrounding region at no extra cost or at a reduced rate. Depending on the current range of services, these include, amongst other things, mountain railways, leisure activities, regional bus services, sporting and nature experiences, as well as various excursion destinations. There you’ll find swimming lanes, a family-friendly paddling area and a heated outdoor pool with views of the Chiemgau mountains. From Munich Take the A8 towards Salzburg and take exit 112 for Traunstein/Siegsdorf/Inzell . From there, follow the B306 towards Inzell . The official Inzell website states that it is approximately 11 km from the motorway exit to Inzell. In Inzell, start by driving along the main road towards Bad Reichenhall. Once in the town, turn right towards Badepark/Campingplatz and then turn left through the underpass. Continue straight on until you reach Badepark, then turn left and immediately right into Ahornstraße . Haus Alpenblick is located a short distance further on, on the left-hand side at Ahornstraße 5 . From the direction of Salzburg / Bad Reichenhall Follow the B306 towards Inzell . Once in Inzell, turn left towards Badepark/Campingplatz . Then drive through the underpass and continue straight on to the Badepark. Turn left there and then immediately right into Ahornstraße . Haus Alpenblick is located a short distance further on, on the left-hand side. From Traunstein From Traunstein, take the B306 towards Siegsdorf/Inzell . The journey to Inzell is around 17–18 km. In Inzell, follow the main road towards Bad Reichenhall and turn right towards Badepark/Campingplatz . Then turn left through the underpass, continue straight on to the Badepark, turn left there and then immediately right into Ahornstraße . On arrival The building is called ‘Alpenblick’. Please park directly in front of house no. 5 in car park space no. 15 , which is reserved for the holiday flat.
